For our first blended cocktail, we’ve brought together the very best that Scotland and Italy have to offer. Taking our award-winning Achroous gin, we add a bespoke blood orange distillate, made in-house with Sicilian fruit, and carefully blend in two other exceptional, independent products. We’ve chosen Bitter Fusetti as our amaro, created by Milanese bartenders using gentian, rhubarb, cinchona, bitter orange and cassia, while the vermouth comes from Valentian, and includes a dose of scotch new make in its recipe.

The result is a deliciously aromatic cocktail, laced with sweet, Italian citrus. To serve, just chill in the fridge, pour a measure over ice, and spritz with a long twist of orange peel. No stirring required — we’ve done it for you.
